The Garden Route is in most instances an extension of a visit to Cape Town for tourists and South Africans alike. The lush Garden Route is comprised of various towns and attractions extending from Mossel Bay to Jeffrey's Bay. From Cape Town it is a 6 hour drive to cover, but this hardly gives the visitor a chance to see and enjoy any of what is on offer along the way.
