The Wacky Wine Weekend is held annually in the Robertson Wine Valley with festivities also extending to the nearby towns of Bonnievale, McGregor and Montagu.
Over the Wacky Wine Weekend, the local wineries, of which there are many, open their doors to visitors and put on a great show as a whole. Wine tasting and cheese sampling are the main attractions but there are concerts, braais and other activities, including entertainment for kids, over the whole weekend at many of the estates.
The Wacky Wine Weekend is really a great time. Fun and laughs are had by all in beautiful surroundings complemented by fine wines from the area.
