The Huguenot Museum in Franschhoek, next to the Huguenot monument, is a tribute to the early Huguenot settlers in the Franschhoek valley. The museum is housed in two buildings, on seperate sides of the street and features farming implements, family and farm histories, clothing and other historical artifacts detailing the early years of the settlers. A small fee is levied to cover the costs of running this small but great museum about the first European settlers in the Franschhoek valley.
