The cottage is a fully equipped cottage situated in Voelklip, Hermanus adjacent to the Walker Bay Nature Reserve. An ideal base from which to explore Hermanus and the Overberg. Less than a five minute walk to Grotto Beach. Hermanus' only Blue Flag bathing beach, close to the cliff path walks to view the Southern Right Whales, five minutes to Hermanus Golf Club, close to Hermanus Yacht Club, a short stroll to the mountain paths and 6km from the town centre.
The first bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower, the second bedroom has twin beds with a separate bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. All bedrooms have wall heaters.
The Open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area is fully equipped with microwave, oven/hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is a fireplace in the lounge with a double sleeper couch, DStv and DVD player and ceiling fan. French doors open from the lounge onto the patio and garden, with braai and patio furniture.
The cottage is set in a tranquil and walled garden with mountain view.
